This annual symposium will be held on Friday October 14, 2016 at the Ambassador Hotel & Conference Centre.
In previous years this symposium has seen tremendous success with up to 200 attendees. This year’s program shows a continued drive for increased attendance and success. With key speakers from throughout Canada, and hands on practical tips from Kingston’s own Cardiac team there is something for everyone! This event is open to all!
Key speakers from across Canada include:
- Toronto -Dr. Heather Ross will discuss the latest in cardiac transplantation
- Halifax - Dr. John Sapp will discuss VT ablation
- Montreal - Dr. Nadia Giannetti will provide an update on heart failure advancement over the past 20 years
- Calgary - Dr. George Veenhuyzen will recount his experience as a patient, and the special challenges that arise when the caregiver requires care themselves!
In addition to the renowned speakers listed above, we have the KGH Cardiac Program team on hand to review practical topics such as referring for TAVI and stroke prevention technology.
