Dr. Ramana Appireddy is originally from India. He finished his medical studies in India followed by 5 year Neurology residency at NIMHANS, India. He then moved to Canada in 2014 to do a 2-year stroke fellowship at the Calgary stroke program. He served as a chief fellow at the Calgary stroke program. He is interested in clinical research and participated in multiple clinical trials and other research studies. He is currently pursuing a Masters in Clinical Epidemiology from London school of hygiene and tropical medicine, London, UK. His interests include acute stroke care, workflow measurement in stroke care and stroke clinical trials.
