Goals of the Program

This program is designed to enhance professional development, including promotion through the Professorial ranks, and job satisfaction of junior members of the department as well as those members who are new to the Queen’s University academic community.  Each member’s program will be guided in part by the mentee’s role description i.e. clinician- teacher, clinician-scientist, or clinician-educator.
