The Department of Medicine strives to invest in our faculty to support them in achieving their full potential in their roles as researchers, clinicians and educators. We want to make the Department of Medicine an ideal home in which to develop one?s career. To this end we run a number of programs that support faculty development. These include: Internal Grant Review, Mentorship, internal innovation grants and funding for external learning opportunities. The Department also holds bi-annual retreats, which are hands-on and customized to meet the present development needs of our members.
