As part of receiving the handbook,
the editors have created a two part questionnaire to help guide further

questionnaires are arequirement for receiving the handbook. The survey
should take no more than 5 minutes to complete and no confidential data will be

survey online as well. If you have any questions or concerns in regards to the
questionnaire, please feel free to email the editors Ravi Ramjeesingh (ravi.ramjeesingh@utoronto.ca)or Giovanna Riolo (Giovanna.Riolo@learnlink.mcmaster.ca). As well, they are happy to hear feedback on the handbook
