Oh boy...the problem I have with this is that I am a thoroughly, completely, healthy 80-yo male (no prescriptions, no nothing) who has probably considerably more than 10 years to live (I have a 106-yo uncle, for instance). Yet, because I am both male and 80, I am therefore considered unlikely to live beyond another 10 years, and should not receive the benefit of an annual fitness exam. Which exam might catch something and enable me to live beyond a century. In fact, according to the prescription of 'Choosing Wisely' I'm now being written off as old and therefore not worth saving. I really don't care for that.
