Dr. Lee is an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine with cross-appointments in the Department of Oncology and Department of Pathology and Molecular Medicine. He was Chair of the Division of Hematology for ten years before stepping down in December 2020, he is Chair of the Dept. of Medicine Morbidity and Mortality Rounds and Director of the Anticoagulation Management Service. As a clinican and educator, his practice and teaching encompasses benign and malignant conditions across ambulatory and inpatient settings. He also lectures to undergraduate trainees in the classroom setting. His teaching has been recognized by the Dept. of Medicine Clinical Teaching Award and the Aesculapian Society Lectureship Award.
