TIME provides researchers, both within and outside of Queen’s University, access to state-of-the-art research platforms and expert support. Our pricing model is based on cost recovery and is structured around two options: Hourly Users and subscription SuperUser packages. Additional discounts include 10% for primary faculty appointments to the Department of Medicine (DOM), and 15% for Queen’s (any faculty) early career investigators within the first five years of their initial academic appointment.

A key strength of TIME is our team of highly skilled staff scientists, who operate complex instrumentation and provide hands-on technical expertise as a full service. Their support to your project is included in all pricing, helping researchers design experiments, optimize workflows, and generate high-quality data. More complex or customizable services, such as cell culturing, genomic or multi-omics, are not included in SuperUser subscriptions, and are quoted with hourly rates.

For researchers with ongoing needs, the SuperUser subscription offers bundled access through an annual agreement. SuperUsers receive an additional 5% discount on top of applicable. Early career investigators enrolled in the SuperUser program receive a 15% discount.
